International Shipping:
We offer international shipping, but please be aware that additional customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact the us with your order number.
Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:
We are not liable for orders that are sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your purchase.
Returns Policy:
We have a 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and then 14 days from the point of us accepting the return to return the goods to us.
Should you notify us of a return within 14 days of delivery, you will be eligible for refund (excluding original shipping costs and any additional services which are non-refundable). You will have 14 days from the date of notifying us to return the item, otherwise your return will be rejected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
When returning an item for a refund, you will be liable to cover all return costs for your order. We also do not refund your original shipping fee. All returns must be sent using a tracked and insured postal service, we do not accept proof of postage as proof of delivery.
If you are returning your item to exchange for another product, we do not cover the return costs and you will be liable to pay for a new shipping fee once your exchange has been arranged.
A restocking fee of 10% will apply to all orders.
